An Integrated Multidisciplinary Approach to Availability

Our philosophy concerning logistics and supply chain is based on the ILSCM Model that is illustrated below.

The Model is structured on the understanding that Logistics is the discipline - it is what logisticians do!! Supply Chain is the concept of links within and between organisations, the knowledge of which enables the formation of an organisation's Logistics Strategy and the structure of its Logistics Operations.
