SNIPPET: The Queensland Premier is wrong to claim, as he did on ABC television today, that I have repudiated the Commonwealth-State agreement regarding the nation's ports. Following the COAG meeting on 14 July 2006 I said:. COAG signed a Competition and Infrastructure Reform Agreement to provide for a simpler and consistent national system of economic regulation for nationally-significant infrastructure, including for ports, railways and other export-related infrastructure.
