Work Begins On Dynon Port Rail Link SNIPPET: The Hon Mark Vaile MP. Mr Vaile said the major AusLink transport project would significantly improve road and rail access to the Port of Melbourne. In later phases of the project, the existing single track rail line will also be relocated and replaced with two new dual gauge rail lines into the Port of Melbourne from the Dynon terminal precinct. This will deliver uninterrupted 24-hour rail access to the Port of Melbourne.
