Operations Management, Corporate Governance, Corporate Crisis Management, Finance, Environmental Economics, Welfare Economics, Capital Budgeting, Social Economics, E-Commerce, Financial Econometrics, Economic Growth and Development, and Health Economics.

One of his areas of interests is logistics and supply chain management where he has written publications and has experience in teaching (at the doctorate level), doctorate supervision, and research.

He has taught for more than 15 years at different universities in various countries.

He is associated with the Financial Modelling Program and the Law and Economics program. He is an associate of the following institutes and centres:  Institute for Sustainability and Innovation, Centre for International Corporate Governance Research, and  Institute for Logistics and Supply Chain Management.

He has taught for more than 15 years at different universities in various countries. He has published 15 books and monographs and more than 150 technical papers. His research has gained international reputation.
