Client Involvement is Key to the Project Success!

The involvement of the client in the project in two ways:

• ILSCM sets up a project review team comprising appropriate representatives of the client. ILSCM prepare written reports at regular intervals for presentation to and review by this review team. The client has control of the project from start to finish
  
  
• ILSCM encourage the client to nominate a member of staff to work with ILSCM, usually on a part-time capacity. This means the client is at all times involved in the project, and at the conclusion of the project, ILSCM leaves relevant parts of their expertise behind.

One of ILSCM's deliverables will always be an implementation plan, clearly defining the necessary action steps, together with responsibilities and expected timings clearly stated.

ILSCM encourages clients to use these plans to oversee implementation. This ensures implementation is attempted and that ILSCM can be directly accountable for results.

ILSCM projects are always managed by an experienced consultant. ILSCM's staff have unrivalled experience of all aspects of logistics and the supply chain and have undertaken projects in the same or similar business sectors as the client. ILSCM, through its research resources, has all the necessary back-up required to support  project work of any complexity, in any aspect of supply chain management.
