Specialist Consulting and Advisory Services

ILSCM will undertake specialist consulting projects that can vary in size from small studies and implementations, providing general advice to groups of SME's through to large scale projects with a multinational dimension. ILSCM will engage the project team consisting of ILSCM Associates and VU staff with specialist capabilities. Graduate students will also be involved in support roles.

ILSCM is building a register of Associates. In addition to extensive consulting success, Associates are expected to stay abreast of new concepts and developments in Supply Chains, Logistics Management and Logistics Techniques.
